• Users understand and accept that face match results are not guaranteed.
• We do not store or sell users' personal information.
• Users agree to use face match results at their own discretion.
• Face match results are for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any decisions.
• Users are responsible for the consequences of their use of face match results.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue face match services without notice.
• Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their use of face match results.
• By using our face match services, users acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
• We do not guarantee the security of user data transmitted through face match services.
• We will share users' phone numbers, but only the last six digits will be shown, masked for privacy.
• Users acknowledge that matched photos may be displayed to the user who has inputted the image for matching purposes.
• Users acknowledge that, for a fee, other users may access masked phone numbers and first names of matches. We will not sell any information to third parties.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zambia.
